We moved into our re-imagined, modern, state-of-the-art spaces in January, after only 4 months of construction magic. With customer focus at the center of all we do, we have dedicated more than 30% of our space, 12,250 ft2 (1100 M2) to our customers. Our expert trainers offer instrument and services training in 3 state-of-the-art laboratories where we can welcome up to 24 customers at a time. We welcomed our first customers in February when, for the first time, they used our new reagent preparation room designed as a LEAN laboratory environment with automated temperature sensing technology. The lab spaces, combined with access to comfort spaces including a café with fully catered breaks and lunch, quiet room, cloak room and wi-fi, ensure that our newest customers experience Stago’s commitment to quality, efficiency and customer focus from the start.
The office spaces at The Loft have also been completely re-imagined to include an expanded conference center with a customer demonstration suite and 8 spacious conference rooms that provide comfortable meeting spaces for a few or many. Several rooms are fitted with audio and video technologies that enable us to link, in person and virtually, with our local team members, global and remote colleagues, customers and visitors. Open work spaces, collaboration areas, updated pantries with beverages and counter seating, and an on-site café enable our teams to keep teamwork, collaboration and customer focus at the forefront of our daily activities.
