If you are worried about your children’s activities or their privacy on our site, we encourage you to email Stago U.S. at:  Opens window for sending emailEthics@nullus.stago.com

Information automatically collected when you visit and interact with the site:

All web servers track “non-identifiable information” or “aggregated data” about their visitors.  This information includes, but is not limited to, IP addresses, browser details, timestamps and referring pages.  None of this information can “personally identify” specific visitors to the sites, but it is tracked to improve site content and offerings and for routine administration and maintenance purposes.  Stago U.S., and third parties on our behalf, collect non-identifiable information from visitors to our site using web cookies.

Most web browsers allow you to erase cookies, block cookies or receive a warning before a cookie is stored.  Refer to your browser instructions or help screen to learn more about these functions. Stago U.S. also collects “personally identifiable information” with your specific knowledge and consent.  “Personally identifiable information” is information that we can use to identify you as an individual (like your name, address, telephone number and any other information that is connected with you personally.)  For instance, we collect this information from visitors to our website and extranet sites when you register as a member by completing a registration form, submit personally identifiable information in our “CAREERS” section, subscribe to newsletters, request information from us using the form provided for that purpose and every time you e-mail us your details.  Stago U.S. uses this information to provide you with the specific service you have requested.

If you are located outside of the United States, please note that the information you provide to us will be transferred to the United States.  Moreover, Stago U.S. considers that all of the protections and safeguards listed in this Privacy Policy will be applied to any non-U.S. consumers making use of our websites, as long as that use does not conflict with U.S. laws or the Terms of Use.
