  • Placing orders, confirming specific product or lot availability
  • Standing Order and Sequester Reports – These reports give detailed information about the network or hospital’s standing order, how much of the sequestered inventory has been used, and when the next shipment is scheduled for delivery.
  • Questions relating to shipping status and pricing are also addressed by this department.
